On the bridge, Zak was sat at his console rubbing the back of his neck. It was still tingling from when that woman ripped out his ship connection and pinned him to his console. The thought of being overpowered like that embarrassed him, but the shock of being suddenly disconnected from the ship’s computer had made his stomach churn and disorientated him enough for her to overpower him. That was what he kept telling himself anyway.
Commander Apollo and one of the other women had left the bridge to go to engineering and get the Chief to restart the engines as soon as possible, as they were currently under attack and without engines there wasn’t much they could do.
