After leaving Jace in the corridor not far from the airlock, Kade made his way to his quarters to follow his captain’s orders, all the while fuming at how his brother had treated Susan. He knew Philippa would be trying to console Susan, so he wasn’t surprised to find his quarters empty.
Removing his armour, he packed it away in its case and pushed it under his bed, before contacting the Marine Lieutenant and ordering him to send two marines to sickbay to take over from the marines already there.
