I slipped my glasses onto the bridge of my nose and massaged my temple, I've been on my laptop ever since we returned from lunch. Zalia wanted to do more sightseeing but I pleaded a headache.
She didn't seem to believe it but I don't really care and in she left me alone but not after apologizing for how Damian acted. But she still defended him, saying he's a nice guy.

To everyone else he is an arrogant bastard. I was angry at Zalia for not standing up against Damian when he was belittling me until I realized that I had to do that for myself.
I needed to be more confident and stop being so insecure. I knew Zalia loved me, that's all that mattered and it's time i stopped allowing others to dictate how our relationship will progress.
