Chapter Ten
~London~
"Hello?"
"Bane! You have to come ba-"
"I'm not coming back until the end of the week London." His voice was firm, and I knew he meant it.
"But Bane, there is something wrong with me. My eyes I mean. My mom called this morning and told me that I had to come home. She sounded scared. Bane please. You have to come home with me." My voice cracked at the last sentence. Connor was sitting at the counter eating toast and scrambled eggs. He looked over to me with concerned eyes.
"Alright. I'll be back later tonight." I breathed a sigh of relief, and shut my eyes, letting the tears fall out of my eyes.
"Okay."
"Bye." He hung up the phone after the sharp goodbye. I sighed and threw the phone onto the couch. I sat down next to it and grabbed the blanket from the side. I r
