Chapter 2: Meeting HIM

Walking through this field gets me excited. I’ve never been happier on this field fighting with the other warriors, kicking their ass. Something was different about today though. Normally, I smell nothing but the funk of the men working but there’s something delicious in the air that I’m able to point out. Someone here isn’t working hard enough because I smelled of fresh pine and lavender and my body is starting to tingle. I shook it off, whoever is smelling like that I got to make sure he’s not slacking off.

As I’m walking closer to my spot, I see my father fighting as usual. He can’t help himself when it comes to fighting, especially a newbie. You can clearly tell that it’s a newbie he’s training because by the way his stance is and the sluggish movements, he was either a horrible fighter or my dad seriously shredding him a new one. I observed my father while he was fighting. My father Lucas is red head like me, with dark brown eyes, faded freckles and a shaved face. He’s about 6’4 and has big bulging muscles like my brother.

‘Your dad is…’

‘Rose if you finish that sentence I will silence you for the whole week.’ I warned her.

‘Okay, okay.’ She says while laughing. Gross.

Getting bored just watching him, I decided to approach him.

“Hi Daddy.” I called to him.

He looked at me and gave me the biggest smile and then focused back on his opponent. With a few kicks and blows to the stomach he knocked the other guys clean on his ass. “Take him to the infirmary” he says to the guys waiting outside the fighting circle and walks up to me giving me a bear hug. “Happy Birthday Princess.” He says with his big ole smile that every woman, even my mom, swoons over. Then he looks at Jess, “Hey Jessica!” Jessica smiles and lowers her head in submission. “Hello Alpha!”

He nods and looks back at me and says, “Sorry I couldn’t make it to breakfast, I had to train the newbies this morning and you see how that’s going.”

“Clearly, do you want to fight with me? I could throw a few hits to let off some steam?” I asked while braiding my hair.

“Not today sweetie, we have a few guests from other packs here and they have been itching to fight the reigning Queen.” He says.

Although my mom disapproves of me fighting, my dad loves the fact that his only daughter is a fighter just like him. Daniel fights of course but he’s the next Alpha in line. He fights because he has to. My Dad told me that when he was younger, all he could think about was fighting. It was his sport, his stress relievers his way of escape. Me and him are just alike.

I noticed Jess waving at me and points to someone that I can’t see. She then moved towards that direction she pointed. It was probably to find Jonathan her father, and the packs Beta. I nod at her then look at my dad so that he can start. I warmed myself up while he made an announcement.

“Fellas the Queen is here right now ready to take you all on. While it is her birthday, let’s gift her with a real challenge today. Who here would like to take her on?” He says while pointing to me.

The warriors of the Red Moon pack knew better than to mess with me. After my fight with Thomas, the former King, no one dared to challenge me for this spot. The term King/Queen is something very important to me because it means that I’m a trainer. I lead the training sessions and when it comes to battle I, along with my father and brother lead with them.

While waiting for someone to challenge me, I noticed some of the newer guys and the guest laughing and shaking their head. I looked at my father and he just shrug as if to say, ‘these guys don’t know’. Oh, this is going to be a fun birthday. As I’m looking around for my first prey, I noticed a tall man with fair skin and black hair talking to someone that I can’t see. Using my super hearing, I tune into what he’s saying.

“A girl, seriously? Is Alpha Lucas serious? I can definitely take her.” He says while holding his stomach and laughing.

I point to him and smile. “You! I want to fight you.” I looked directly at him and start walking towards him.

At first he looked around to see if I was talking to him, but when he realized that the men had cleared a path to him, and I was walking in his direction. He starts to laugh again.

“You want to fight me? Are you sure that’s the best move especially against a Beta? I don’t want you to break a nail.” He says while laughing at me, mocking me.

I smiled and continued to walk close to him. When I get close to him, I freeze. Not because I was afraid of him, no that wasn’t it at all. I froze because my body started to feel funny. The same tingly feeling I got from first arriving here came back, but stronger. My hands became moist and my heart started to race. Why is this happening to me? What is happening why do I feel this way. My core begins to throb, making my thighs a little wet. Then I heard a growl followed by someone saying ‘MINE’ in a whisper that seems like it floated in the air. My head snaps to the source of the noise and I now know what’s causing me to feel this type of way.

The man next to this beta was a gift from the Moon Goddess herself. He was 6’7 with bulging muscles and a six pack that was well defined. His skin was slightly tanned and had what seems to be battle scars that was all over his stomach and chest. His face looked like it was carved out of stone. I trailed up from his chest to his face and seen that he has a short stubble beard the surrounds thick, juicy, moist lips. His nose was nicely pointed that lead up to his sexy green eyes that is under nicely thick eyebrows. And his hair, got damn his dirty blonde hair was tied in a little man bun with two strands falling to his face.

‘Got damn Roxy I want a piece of that.’ Rose says.

‘I’m with Rose on this one Roxy, damn he’s handsome.’ Lucy says, and that almost made me gasp. Lucy never curses.

The Beta in front of me clears his throat, snapping me out of this trance. “So, are we going to do this yes or no?” He asks clearly impatient.

I smiled at him again this time showing my teeth, which makes him blush. “Anxious, are we? Well, if you are so desperate to fight me let’s do this.” I say, looking at that handsome and winking at him. I take one last look at him up and down and I noticed that this man was having a hard time controlling something down south. When I looked at his face again I noticed that his eyes had gone black. Turning away quickly, I start to head to the fighting circle when I heard his husky voice say, “No I will take you on.”

I quickly turned back to him and saw that this yummy man had challenged me. The cocky Beta looked at him with a questionable look and just bowed his head. ‘Hmm this beta is something else. I’ll let you deal with him later. Roxy my darling, would you please let me take the wheel. I want a piece of that ass.’ Roxy begs. Even though I don’t like letting them control my body like that, something urged me to let her do it and so I gave Roxy the wheel.

She licked her lips at him and smiled, curving my finger at him to follow her into the fighting circle, my battlefield.

This should be fun.

Alexander POV

“Bro this pack have one hell of a field. Do you see how huge this is?” Brad, my Beta says while getting out the car.

“It’s not that serious Brad, we have one at home too.” I said to him rolling my eyes and gathering my things.

“I know but for a pack this size., I didn’t expect them to have such a huge field.” He replied.

I don’t know how or why I’m at this pack, but lately my wolf—Aaron—has been on my ass about staying here, and since I had my people plan the ball in their territory I thought it would be nice to visit this place. The Red moon pack has always been my preferred place of stay. It’s calm and relaxing, and the people here are extremely nice—especially the women. Running the Eclipse Pack—the largest pack in the region—and being a Supreme Alpha, I don’t really get to have fun like I use to, but the second I heard this place had training fields with strong warriors, I couldn’t miss an opportunity like that.

“Alpha Alexander, Beta Brad who are you?” Alpha Lucas says while running up to us. He extends his hand and I happily took it.

“We’re great, there a lot of people here. Thank you for having us Alpha Lucas.”

“Please just call me Lucas. It’s a pleasure to have you here. We’re about to get started with training but I’m waiting for my daughter and her friend to come, she’s the lead trainer here and the ‘Queen’ as the guys like to call her.”

“Really your daughter? I thought Daniel would be the one interested in training?” Brad says, I was a little confused too. That positioned was mostly left to the Beta or Gamma, sometimes the Alpha would do it occasionally. Women were often trained in our pack, but none of them were that devoted to becoming the lead trainer. Most of the time they were there to get laid by one of the warriors.

“No, my beautiful daughter is. Her friend Jessica has a high position in training but she’s more agile and flexible in her methods, some of them call her the ‘Knight’. Typically Daniel trains in the evening as he is the upcoming Alpha, but Roxy enjoys this as a sport.” He smiles.

As Lucas is talking a guy pops up behind him. “Alpha, I’m ready to train with you.” He says, the man looks young about 15.

“I’m sorry once my daughter gets here the real fun can begin. For now, let me break in the newbie.” He says and runs off with guy.

“Wow I wonder if the daughter looks like? She’s probably basic if she is into stuff like this. No woman is that willing to fight on a field especially one that has a lot more dirt and mud like this.” Brad says.

I wasn’t too concerned about the daughter. If she were like other women, she would try to find a way to catch my attention and find ways to get me to sleep with them. I’ve grown tired of that constant cycle. Every time I visit a pack, the Alpha tries to be match maker and get their daughter to seduce me. It’s cute to watch them try but annoying at times. Even though I’m twenty-five, to them, I am still without a Luna. While I don’t mind it, the other members of the pack are concerned. If I don’t find a Luna the pack will start to lose faith in me as a leader.

Me and Brad stood behind a couple of dudes and watch as Lucas beating the absolute light out of the newbie.

“Damn Lucas is strong for a thirty-nine-year-old.” Brad says, I just nodded. In a fight, me and Lucas could go at it, the man is terrifyingly strong but in the end I would always beat him in our sparring during any training.

While I was watching the fight, which Lucas is winning by a long shot, something delicious hit me. The smell of apples and cinnamon filled my nose and I almost drooled.

‘She’s here, she’s here!’ Aaron says in my head loud.

‘What are you talking about? Who’s here?’ I asked him.

‘You i***t, our mate. Our mate is here!’ he says and howls in my head.

A mate? My mate can’t be here, I was supposed to meet my mate at the upcoming ball. How can she be here? Questions were running through my head and I was moving my head all around to search the source of the smell. It all stopped by the sound of the sexiest voice I have ever heard.

“Hi Daddy.” The angelic voice says.

‘Who is she calling Daddy? I AM HER DADDY! FIND HERE YOU i***t!’ Aaron yells in my head.

I noticed that Lucas stops and smiles at the direction of the source of the voice and then continues to fight. Could that be the Alpha’s daughter? The woman who him and other people says is the reigning Queen? I want to look at her. No, I want her to look at me. I want to connect with her, find me my future Luna. Come to me and let me see you.

After Lucas lay out the newbie, he goes to the voice and hugs her. “Happy Birthday Princess.” He says to here.

‘Today is her birthday? March fifteenth, okay, noted for the future. I know what gift to give her.’ Aaron says. In that moment I felt my d**k grow hard and twitch.

‘Damn it Aaron reign that s**t in.’ I said.

After controlling myself I hear Lucas announcing that its time to fight his daughter. No one will fight her unless it’s me and her in our bed. Damn it why do I have to be aggressive?

Brad turns to me and laughs, “A girl, seriously? Is Alpha Lucas serious? I can definitely take her.”

I swear this will be Brad’s downfall if he doesn’t stop this bad habit of his. I keep telling Brad about underestimated people, some day someone is going to lay his ass right to the ground just like that newbie and I will torment him for the rest of his life about it.

I hear her sexy voice again, “You! I want to fight you.” She says to someone. I looked at Brad hoping he can show me the person she’s challenging.

At first he looked around to see who she was talking to, but when he realized that the others made a way with him in the middle he realized she was walking to him. He started to laugh again. “You want to fight me? Are you sure that’s the best move especially against a Beta? I don’t want you to break a nail.” He says, almost as if to mock her.

I hear her footsteps approach him, and when I caught sight of her I was nearly blown away. This a Goddess, no, a Deity from some unknown world. Her braided long bright red hair reaches past her waist and gently moves against her back. Her honey eyes that’s surrounded by thick lashes and perfectly arched eyebrows. The high cheekbones that have freckles on them and soft full lips that someday I wish to taste and suck on. I make my way down her long, gorgeous body and saw that she had big full boobs that my hands will touch and tease. A flat stomach and small waist that leads to wide hips. Her ass, which cannot be hidden. It was thick round, and I couldn’t wait to s***k her. Her long legs that someday would be wrapped around me while I f**k her until she came countless times.

She was perfect, and she was mine. Just thinking about her without those clothes made my d**k painfully hard.

I noticed that she stopped mid track, almost as if she sensed me. Something sweet like honey hit my nose and I know it was coming from. Is something turning her on? I hope it’s me because if she’s turned on by any one of these fuckers, I’m going to kill them nice and slowly. The thought of her being turned on by them made me growl. “MINE” I said low enough for her to hear me.

Her head snapped to my direction and I noticed that her eyes were black too. She wants me, she knows she do. She looks at me up and down with raised eyebrows.

‘She likes what she sees.’ Aaron says to me.

‘That makes two of us.’ I say back to him.

Just when I’m about to say something to her, Brad interrupts.

‘This i***t’ me and Aaron says in unison.

She smiles at him sweetly which makes him blush. If she smiles at him one more time, I’m going to take her into these woods, s***k her until her ass is raw and claim what’s mine.

 “Anxious, are we? Well, if you are so desperate to fight me let’s do this.” She says and turns to wink at me. You’re playing a very dangerous game my gorgeous creature. She takes one last look at me, stopping to stare at my d**k for a second and proceeds to take Brad to the ring.

‘HE WILL NOT TOUCH HER!’ Aaron yells in my head. Before I knew it, I blurted out. “No, I will take you on.” I said and everyone even Brad looked at me confused.

This sexy creature turns back to me for a second. Her eyes becoming a little foggy—almost clouded—and then back to normal. ‘What was that?’ I asked Aaron, but he didn’t listen. His main focus is to claim this woman.

She licks her lips at me and curves her finger at me, motioning me to follow her. Before I can think about it, my body followed her.

‘Bro get ready and fight her!’ Brad said to me in mind link.’ I nodded. No matter who this goddess was, I was the supreme Alpha. Her time as the reigning queen would be over.

‘This should be fun.’
