The lilac light connected with John’s gauntlet. He was hesitant at first to put his hand off but decided to continue despite the tickly sensation. Sparks and beams of light got shot down to the pedestal supporting the hexagonal-tilted star and the projecting tube above it. Its shine grew up to incandescent levels, making everyone’s visors polarize near-maximum levels. A charged beam of purple light got shot above, transversing John’s hand like a pressured hose. It reminded him of how the Nebula Nova cannon mounted aboard the Beyond Light would shoot. The light suddenly halted, and all the brightness was gone.
