-Erick's POV-
I reached the nearest bedroom, with Mr. Lowie tailing close to me. He reached for a key and opened the door. Not far away, Lorraine was closing in on us, looking livid and submissive.
"Should I wait for you outside, Master Erick?" asked Mr. Lowie respectfully.
"No need. You should attend your guests at the banquet. This will not take long, anyway," I replied impassively.
Even though Mr. Lowie looked respectful towards me, he couldn't conceal the glint in his eyes and he smiled knowingly at me. I knew from that look what he was thinking. With me being alone with a girl in a bedroom, who wouldn't think we're going to have some fun?
"I'll take my leave now, Young Master. Enjoy your time," he said and left the room with a nasty grin. I just ignored it and focused on Lorraine
