Chapter 19“Some big shot from up north,” Sean grumbled in the dark beside the gas station, recalling the phrase Albano had used to describe himself back on the beach.
Albano was from the same state where the bullet that had shot Sean’s father had been purchased. Though it was far from proof that he was behind Jack’s death, Sean was convinced that pursuing the “big shot” was the right course of action. He’d start with the redhead, who wasn’t as well-protected as his boss.
