Scars in Hands

279 Words
The moment of shining. Imagine you came from your hide out then your mom gives birth of you. With a wide smile on her face and a tears on her eyes saying how much she loved you. Feeding you from her breast and cleaning you everyday specially taking care of you 24/7 without sleep. And then working to earn money and buy food and milk for you. Until you grow and you learned how to speak the word "mama" which brings her to joy. Until you learned how to walk and run while playing with your friends. Until your mom takes you at school to study and also to meet new friends. Until the moment comes that you already understand the word problem that you notice your mom facing it after taking you at school while doing work. Until you saw your mom smiling while her eyes are teary because she was tired and need to rest but she can't because she needs to work hard for your future. Until you grow and the expenses inside of your house are growing also. Until you want to help your mom but you can't because you are in a minor age. Then realize that the life you have now is not free just like the life that your friends have. The life of your mother outside is not easy just like the life that you have inside your house and school. Until questions pop up in your mind saying "I am just a problem to my mom, how can I help her?" and then crying because of that realization. Can you escape with that thinking without hurting your mom's feelings?
