I don’t know why, but I was starving. This is why I'm sitting at the table, eating a juicy looking steak with a huge baked potato and a side of string beans, listening while they recapped today's events for me right now. “So yeah. That’s what happened.” Winter said as he tried to steal some of my string beans.
“If you want to get stabbed with a fork you’ll keep reaching.” I threatened. He hesitated, and I think he was trying to figure out if I was being serious or not. “Dude, I wouldn’t push her if I were you. I don’t think she’s playing.”
Alex was laughing as he spoke. He hadn’t left my side since I woke up. I figure he must have been freaking out over all of this. And now that I know what happened, I can see why.
