I really wish my Brother would get out of his own head at moments like this. I don’t know what he’s thinking about but I need him to be present in the moment right now. “Hey Babe? Can we stop someplace for a bite? I need to use the little girls room.” I said out loud, causing him to give me a weird look.
I just smiled at him and switched over to a mind-link. “We need to check our vehicles for tracking and listening devices our new friends at the hotel may have put on us or our vehicles.”
