As I stood there ogling the new piece, my mind seemed to go on vacation or something. I thought The Blue Lady was amazing as a stand-alone piece. But knowing she had a companion piece was a bit mind-blowing. How does one person hammer out two beautiful works of art like this at the very same time?
I mean, it doesn’t take a connoisseur of art to see they were struck by the same hand. They're both so intricately woven and seamlessly combined, it's amazingly skillful. I don't even think modern metal working is this flawless.
I can't help but wonder if they were done both at once or one right after the other. They had to be done at the same time, though. They were too symmetrically alike. Wait a second.
