(April’s POV)
It was such a nice day out. Sunny, warm, and the spicy scent of Autumn filling the air. I love this time of year. This and Spring. And with today being a Saturday the kids were home all day today. So I packed up my laptop and some of my files and headed outside with the kids to the playground.
We have long picnic tables just outside the playground for the adults so we can watch the kids yet keep our food and stuff safer from flying objects. So that’s where I set up to work. “Momma, can Willow come play too?” Castor asked and I smiled at my son. He was already so attached to her. I don’t know what I’m gonna do if Nír decides to go.
