I decided to double up on my own personal training. So for the past three days I’ve trained with the pack as both student and pupil, as well as off on my own. This being my third day using the excuse of having pack business to attend too, I wasn’t surprised when Jake came over to me and asked, “Do you want a hand with whatever you’re doing? Maybe we can get through it quicker together.”
“Nah, I’m good. Besides, I’d rather you stick with April as much as possible. The guys all have stuff she’s got them doing so they don’t pay her as much attention as I know you will.” Which was true. Jake has always been uber protective of April. So much so that I sometimes find myself getting extremely annoyed about it.
