Matteo and I made our way to the Alpha's pack, his countenance changed with each step we took closer to the Alpha's pack.
“Alessio,” he finally called. I’d been waiting for him to air his mind.
“Yes?” I answered
“Don't you think sending him a message will do? Do you have to confront him yourself?” He asked, uncertainty written on his face.
“What? Are you scared of me?” I asked in a mocking tone.
“It's not that… it's just, the beast…” he replied, scratching the back of his head.
“The beast is the same reason why I should visit him myself. Everyone fears me because if it right?” I laughed but it wasn't funny to Matteo.
“Everyone knows what happened back then and how the beast destroyed everything. They are terrified of you. They… hate you--”
