Detective David's POV ( flashback continuation) We had just rounded up a case when I got a call from my brother who told me that my daughter had been kidn*pped and I needed to come quick. Upon getting there, the kidnappers left a note saying that I was meddling too much in their business and others and so I had to drop the next case I was planning to take up.
