ma'am, good boy. Next mission successful. Let's see how the game goes. He was just too gullible (laughs to himself) Though everyone thought of him to be such a sweet saint but like they say, " no one knows a man than the man himself". He thought he could eat his cake and have it, unfortunately for him, I am better and more experienced than him. Now let's see how well his family can play the game...
Erica's Pov
A fresh day and a fresh start for me. I have decided to wash my hands clean of every messy act from now on. I was just so tired of running my whole life, it was time to live and not just to live but to live rightly if not for anything but at least for my family. Talking about my family, Deborah called yesterday to say that dad had been buried, that gave me a of relief to an extent as I now knew that at last my family was safe since only dad was involved, or were we?
I decided to clear my head a little and so I got up and decided to take a shower first before going out to get any legal work I could do so as not to depend on my family for money besides, I wouldn't want to have anything to do with dad's money which I wasn't sure was from a pure source. I got up, took my bath, when I was almost done dressing, I heard a knock on my door. Who could it be at this early hours of the day?
