My life was turning to hell, I had lied and because of which everything had spiralled out from there. I had to do this, I had no other choice, it was the only way my mate wouldn't leave me. I had cheated on my mate and he found out, he felt my betrayal through the mate bond and it had crushed him. We argued and I lied to stop him from leaving me, I told him I was pregnant and swore that the baby was his, not the other man's and he believed me. He was so happy at hearing the news that he instantly forgave me, but the problem is that this happened eight weeks ago and now my mate is expecting me to give birth any day now, but how can I when I'm not even pregnant. I never was, but if I tell him that, he's going to see it as another betrayal and will leave me. I couldn't lose
