Transfer her to PR.

Emily Stone stood up straight, worried. It wasn't long before there was a knock at the door and Damien Blackwood's deep voice came from the room, "Come in." Emily Stone looked nervously at Sophia Monroe who had entered - the same supervisor who had interviewed her three months earlier. "Sophia," Emily Stone called out cautiously, apprehensively, her eyes glancing subconsciously at Damien Blackwood, who was sitting on the single sofa, and then at Sophia Monroe, who had just walked in with doubt in her mind. She couldn't help but guess what Damien Blackwood had in mind this time. "Mr. Blackwood," Sophia Monroe was dressed in a well-tailored white suit that radiated elegance and charm. She stood erect, the curve of her chest slightly subtle, her face smiling and her demeanor peaceful, "Mr. Blackwood, what are your orders?" Emily Stone couldn't help but notice that Sophia Monroe's attitude towards Damien Blackwood was a bit strange, as if Damien Blackwood was her big boss, which was surprising. In fact, Damien Blackwood was Sophia Monroe's real boss - but Emily Stone hadn't been in contact with the outside world for three years and many things were not clear anymore. "Do you recognize her?" Damien Blackwood lifted his chin slightly and pointed to Emily Stone beside him, his eyes sharp. Sophia Monroe's face changed slightly and a hint of displeasure flashed in her eyes. She was secretly staring at Emily Stone - she had an impression of Emily Stone. The woman she'd had an unexpected argument with in an interview three years ago, and Emily Stone's performance, despite its ordinariness, had stuck in her mind. "Mr. Blackwood," Sophia Monroe's mouth curved into an unnatural smile, "has Emily Stone offended you in any way? If she's not well, I'll teach her a lesson." Emily Stone thought that Sophia would just fire her like she always did. However, Sophia Monroe actually spoke for her in front of Damien Blackwood, and her heart was slightly relieved, and she also felt a trace of gratitude towards Sophia Monroe. However, a hint of complexity flashed through Sophia Monroe's eyes. She was not supposed to be in charge of such trivial matters, but Emily Stone's behavior really made her feel a little conflicted. How on earth had this woman, who had always kept a low profile and stayed out of trouble, offended the last person she was supposed to offend? The subtle interaction between the two did not escape Damien Blackwood's sharp black eyes. Damien Blackwood's deep voice rang out, "Who asked you to come in?" Sophia Monroe's face instantly turned pale and fine beads of sweat oozed from her forehead. "Hmm?" Damien Blackwood raised his eyebrows slightly and stared at her coldly, clearly not satisfied with her reaction. "Yes, it's me, Mr. Blackwood," Sophia Monroe replied nervously, her mind reeling with regret. She had never personally interviewed for something so trivial, but it was an illusion that she had done so today. "You interviewed for? The cleaner?" Damien Blackwood's eyebrows raised slightly, his tone dripping with sarcasm. Beads of sweat slid down Sophia Monroe's forehead, and she was so nervous and stiff that she didn't even dare to wipe them away. She spoke carefully, "At the interview, Emily Stone's qualifications didn't meet the requirements for any of our other positions at the Elysian Club, not even waitressing ....... "She paused, somewhat embarrassed. "But Emily Stone made it clear at the time that she wanted to work as a cleaner at the Elysian." Sophia Monroe looked up slightly and tried to explain, "Mr. Blackwood, Emily Stone has been working very hard and cleaning very carefully since she became a cleaner." These words were somewhat contradictory to Sophia Monroe. As a mid-level member of the Elysian Club, she no longer had to pay personal attention to such details, but there were some qualities about Emily Stone that were both foreign and familiar to her. She can't help but wonder if there's some kind of uncanny resemblance between the woman and herself. Only Sophia Monroe couldn't figure out exactly what it was. As soon as Sophia Monroe's words had left her mouth, Damien Blackwood spoke softly, "Sophia Monroe, transfer her to the public relations department. Sophia Monroe froze for a moment, suspecting she had heard wrong, "Mr. Blackwood, what did you just say? The PR department?Emily Stone?" her tone was filled with dismay. "I said that an employee as hardworking and excellent as Emily Stone should be transferred to a higher paying position." Damien Blackwood stood up, his long, slender legs spanning gracefully as he scanned Emily Stone indifferently, the corners of his mouth curling into a contemptuous smile. He added contemptuously, "Sophia Monroe, you must know all aspects of your subordinate's abilities before using them. You probably don't know that Emily Stone is not only good at cleaning, she's also talented in acting." Emily Stone's whole body shook. Damien Blackwood continued with a sneer, "The PR department needs a 'talent' like her who can bend and stretch. She's the best at kneeling, kowtowing and everything else." The air froze. Emily Stone's face was white with despair, and Damien Blackwood, who had never seemed inclined to show her an ounce of mercy, was enjoying her humility and desperation - he wanted to see for himself if the once arrogant woman could really be humiliated to such an extent. Damien Blackwood doesn't realize that all he is doing is forcing Emily Stone into complete submission. He never realized that his hatred for her was the very thing that brought her to this point. Sophia Monroe finally realizes that Damien Blackwood's order to transfer Emily Stone to the PR department has an unspoken emotional connection. The PR department was in fact the most complicated department of the Elysian Club - bringing together princesses, models, male models, young masters and so on. Sophia Monroe glanced at the pale Emily Stone and her heart's intuition told her that there was much more than meets the eye between Damien Blackwood and Emily Stone. "I know, Mr. Blackwood. " Sophia Monroe suppressed the uneasiness in her heart and decided to follow the order: "Emily Stone, destined to enter a whole new world. "Emily Stone, come with me." Sophia Monroe ordered coldly. Emily Stone's heart was pounding and her face was pale as paper. She couldn't help but look up at Damien Blackwood with pleading eyes, "Don't ...... . I don't want to." She couldn't accept going to PR, couldn't accept what seemed to be the final insult to her. Damien Blackwood's face didn't falter, he just turned his head coldly, leaving Emily Stone trembling in place.
