Chapter 42
The flight out of the mountains was still hard on Vlad, Blathir staying close to Zivy and Mulryn carried the guys. Everything was going smoothly until a griffin misjudged and slammed into us. Vlad was dismounted sending him hurdling towards the woodlands. I had tried to grab him, at the last instance I bubbled him to cusion the fall. Without thinking I lunged off of Zivy’s back, not thinking of the dangers. I had shot thru the trees and landed on my feet. Standing, I had checked myself for injury, leaping off a dragon usually inflicted broken legs, arms, or death but I was completely unharmed. This stuff usually only happens in our superhero movies, I guess , if you think about it, I have most of their abilities. I began searching for Vlad, following my senses I had located him. He had
