Overtaken, unaware and unprepared! betrayed by their very own! the earth rock as they clawed and gnashed at each other! My father was fast enough to let me go through the secret passage that led to the forest, his voice echoed in my ear as he cupped my chin with his strong hands Run! Don't look back! I was trembling with fear as I shook my head and said no daddy I'm scared, I can't go alone and I can't leave you here, I will fight along with you! Helena, you are still a child, you can't fight this battle, let me handle it alpha Matteo said dropping one of his knee to the ground, his gaze full of fear, listen Helena I have one command for you, save yourself and comeback to save your pack you are our last hope of silvermoon pack I can't lose you now! Run! he opened the iron door leading to the forest, he pushed me through the door and closed it immediately I was devastated and petrified, I stood by the door crying daddy no no don't leave me alone, I was trembling all over, it was my first time in the forest alone without the guards to watch over me, Astride my wolf growled at me, obey your father's last command! Tears rolled down my cheeks uncontrollably, as I began to run into the forest far away from my pack, I ran quickly as my life depended on it, as fast as my legs could carry me, I could be the only survivor in my pack…. Into the thick forest my heart was pounding with fear and rage, I could hear my wolf Astride urging me to run faster, but it's time has not come, I was not due the age to shift, werewolves from my pack start shifting from age fifteen while majority shifts at seventeen and eighteen. I was barely fifteen years old. Astride yelled, watch out! My right leg immediately hit a stump, I tried jumping with the other leg. I stumbled and fell, as I hastened to get up, I heard footsteps coming from all corners of the forest, I was being followed, I have been trapped! Gifted by the moon goddess with the ability to hear from a distance I could hear them say she's not far from here, go search for her and bring her alive! Alpha Ignaz has instructed his warrior's to bring me alive! what could this monster want from me, I muttered, he had totally wiped out my pack, the only home I know, my father's enemy and murderer, I hated him with passion As I tried wondering in the forest not to be caught, properly hiding under the trees to avoid being picked up by my sound or scent I noticed a movement behind me, my heart raced, as I quickly turned, behold a werewolf was standing right behind me! I was surprised that I couldn't hear him coming from a distance nor able to pick his scent, I marveled at his looks, his eyes piercing through mine as he sized me up, He looked nothing like a werewolf, he has the appearance of a Roman god statue, his height was intimidating, strangely I sensed a calm and peaceful aura around him I was shocked to see such a werewolf in the forest, wondering who he might be, a rogue? Or alpha Ignaz men, as he advanced towards me, I moved backward, he pressed on towards me my legs wobble under me as I staggered backwards he caught me with his arms and held me close, I felt the strength of his arms as I inhale his scent, his broad shoulders was captivating, warm and endearing Stop running! It's useless. His deep voice brought me back to reality, you're surrounded by the Immastone pack warriors, you're lucky my alpha wants you alive his deep voice echoed. My heart was pounding hard, I was breathing fast from the race and my head was spinning from the shock of being caught by the bloody Immastone pack warriors. I was gripped by fear of the unknown but I summoned courage to speak. I am not the one you are looking for, let me go! I roared as I tried pulling myself out of his grip He shouted to his warriors, " I have seen her! search over! seize her, and bring her to the pack, with such a commanding tone I knew he was the leader of the Immastone pack warriors, finally I was caught, I have failed my dad! As the warriors came charging at me, he instructed them not to harm me, they grabbed me and tired my two hands I was tired and weak already, i have been running for two straight hours before being caught, but I needed to escape from the Immastone pack warriors Let me go! Let me go! I busted with anger. you're hurting me! Let me go! As I struggled to free myself from their grip, One of the warriors yelled at me, keep quiet! He raised his hand and gave me a slap that sent cold shivers down my spine. I cursed him in my mind, afraid to utter another word. The warriors dragged me forcefully through the thick forest, as i looked so helpless, tears flowed down my cheeks As we walk through the forest, the warriors were elated, they sang songs of victory and hailed their bravery They joked about my father alpha Matteo, as the most foolish alpha in the East and how he died watching his pack wiped out By then I was becoming sick of these monsters, tired of their silly jokes, I silently prayed to the moon goddess to help me revenge my father's death, I will pay them back in their own coins. After being forced to walk a long distance, I knew I would no longer be able to keep up with their pace, my head became light and I felt dizzy. I was finding it difficult to steady my legs when I passed out. The Immastone pack warriors saw that I had fainted, they told their captain Beta Otto who instructed them to carry me on their back and hasten to the tent where the other warriors were waiting for them. Life was cruel I was barely five years old when I lost my mother to the cold hands of death, ten years later I am being carried into captivity never to see my homeland again, my father, alpha Matteo was murdered while trying to save me from this deadly battle I couldn't face the reality of being an orphan, a captive and prisoner of my father's enemy and murderer The splash of water on my face jerked me back to consciousness, as I tried standing up, one of the guards scowled at me don't move! I wimpy in pain as I tried to untie the rope in my hands I was famished and my legs ache in pain I looked around me and saw I was in a tent, sitting on the floor. I heard footsteps coming towards the tent, as he walked in, the guards at the entrance of the tent bowed their heads and greeted him, it was their captain, the same strange man that caught me in the forest He asked the warriors if I was awake. They replied yes captain! he ordered them to go get him food and water, and they left the tent He walked towards me and muttered hold on, let me untie you. .
