I just want to sleep Adrian. Goodnight” I said after been silent for a while. I proceeded to close the door but his hand held it in place. Fear gripped me and I looked at him, trying to read him but it was difficult with him staring at me like that.
“Adrian! I really don’t have strength for any of this tonight” I tried to sound strong and firm but I’m sure he heard a bit of fear in my voice and he smirked.
“Tell me you have forgiven me so I can finally sleep” he said and that was when I noticed the eye bags and dark circles under his eyes. The strong and fierce Alpha Adrian could not sleep because he thought I was angry at him!
