Life these days has become more interesting and fun. I don't know if I could feel an inner peace like this for a very long time, but being together with my family and living as one big family stirred a feeling in me.
What makes me happier is that my kids call me Papa without being chastised by Tessa.
Tessa, on the other hand, has been behaving weirdly and kind of withdrawn since our last s*x, but I am not even annoyed with her. I know it will take some time for her to forgive me, but I'm ready. I'm ready to wait until she forgives me, though I wish it happened fast.
I was still in the kitchen, humming my favorite song and preparing breakfast for my family, when I heard the loud clattering of a cup behind me.
