I was in the school hallway with Kath and Queen when I saw Romeo approaching us and I waved at him,he smiled waving his hand

"How was your date?"Kath asked peering over her shoulder to make sure Romeo is not close to us

"Later"I said quickly

"Good morning girls"Romeo said cheerfully

"Good morning"We chorused

"Can you guys believe what happened this morning?"I asked

"You slapped Nikisha?"Queen asked dryly pressing her phone(her addiction)

"The news would have gone viral"Kath said

"I actually wish I can do that"I said remembering yesterday's incident

"Then the number of your days in this school would have been numbered"Queen said

"Then tell us what happened"Romeo said

"Brian put a plastic snake on my bed,it looked so real and dad was about to call animal control"I said

"So what did they do to him?"Romeo asked

"Grounded for 3 days"I said

"He is just too cool"Kath said hugging her books

"Are you serious at all?"I asked

"I am following you home after school for 3 days"

"Is that what you will say?"I said surprised

"Why not? Since you like being bullied"

The bell rang for class and we walked into class,I saw Natasha sitting on Brian's table and Brian looked like he would faint anytime soon until the teacher entered and Nats went to her seat

The bell rang for lunch break,everybody rushed out of the class after the teacher to the cafeteria but I went to the restroom.as I came out of the toilet,I tripped and hit my forehead on the floor,I heard echoes of laughter

"Oh my,I'm so sorry"Natasha said

"Does it hurt?"Nikita asked laughing

"I accidentally or intentionally put my leg out so you could fall"Nat's said

"And this is just the beginning"Nikki said

"But what did I do to deserve this?"I asked sobbing and rubbing my shaky hand on my forehead

"Good question that I have been expecting you to ask"Nat's said crossing her hands under her breast looking like a barbie doll with Nikki

"What is your relationship with Romeo?why won't you allow Brian to take me to your house,why are always acting pompous because you think your life is perfect and you have everything"Natasha said and they left

"I am just too dumb and stupid"I said to myself,standing up and dusting my dress as I head to the cafeteria.

"Hey guys"I said lowly

"What is wrong with you again?"Queen said with her eyes glued to her phone

"I fell down"I replied as I took a bite out of Kath's doughnut

"We know you are lying"Romeo said looking straight into my eyes

"I'm serious,its nothing"I said

After convincing them that I fell,we continued eating and then talked about random stuffs and after school,I followed Kath to her house

"So what happened before you came to the cafeteria"Kath asked placing a tray of juice and biscuit on her reading table and then turning to the edge of bed I was sitting

I knew she would ask me again and probably scold me,I know her too well and she knows me too much even if I lie

"Nikisha made me trip and I hit my head on the floor"I explained like a little girl reporting to her mum how her mates beat her

"So what did they say this time?"Kath asked rolling her eyes and sighing

"They said I have a relationship with Romeo and also because of Brian"I said

"And what did you do to them?"She asked

"Nothing"I said fiddling with my fingers counting 1 to 3 before she flares up and the count of 3 she did

"Seriously,you remained silent again,when will you stop all these trash because I don't understand why you always do nothing"She yelled

She jumped on her bed facing the bed before Queen entered,we started reading and I left for my house

"Phew"I breathed out when I got inside my house because she did not talk about it again and I was so grateful.I know she is angry but by tomorrow,everything will be okay

THE NEXT MORNING

"Good morning my Kathy Kathy"I said hugging Kath from behind

"Is that my new nickname"She said

"Yes,you know I love you right?"I said facing her,battling my eyelashes

"Get yourself a boyfriend"She said rolling her eyes

"Last time I checked you also don't have a boyfriend"I said rolling my eyes like she did

"Queen has a boyfriend,it remains the both of us"She said laughing

"I'm getting a boyfriend today and it will remain you alone all by yourself"I said twirling round the hallway

"Did I miss anything?"Queen said running towards us

"You are late today and that is very weird "I said

"Its not weird but I slept late yesterday so I woke up late"She said

"Why did you sleep late?"I asked folding my hands under my breast

"Did Justin come over?"Kath asked

"Yeah"She said blushing

"And what did you guys do when he came over"I asked

"What do you guys expect"She said

"You're just 17 going to 18"Kath said

"Why are you talking like you are a saint,Brianna is the only saint here"She said in a duh tone

"Y'all should just be like me"I said flipping my hair

"I reject it"Kath said sharply

"What is wrong with me?"I asked surprised

"Nothing"They said at the same time

"I think it is time for class"Kath said

"Whatever"I said walking out while they were still laughing at me

"I seriously don't understand what is funny"I said turning back sharply

"That's true,is anything funny"Queen said

"Hhmn hhmn,you are right,nothing is actually funny "Kath coughed and straightened up

We entered the class peacefully and I saw Nikisha glaring at me but i looked away

"Xup girls"Romeo said as we sat beside him

"We're good and you?"We said

"I'm good"He said facing the front

After class Romeo said I should meet him in the school garden so I told Kath and Queen that I would meet them later

"Do u want to make it up to me now"I said as I sat beside him on the bench

"Not really but what I wanted to tell you on the dinner date was that I like you,I love you"Romeo said
