Aia was still trembling with fear as she snapped out of her daze. "Who are you really?" she asked, her voice laced with confusion and doubt. "My name isn't important. What matters is the truth," the man replied, his tone turning serious. "You need to be careful. The people around you aren't all who they seem." "What do you mean?" Aia asked, confused. "I don't understand." "You shouldn't trust Zack or Hawthorne. They're both trying to deceive you. They have secrets they're hiding," the man said, his voice becoming menacing. Aia was confused. "Why are you saying this? I don't understand why you're trying to trick me." "I'm not tricking you," the man replied. "The truth is, I want to help you. But you need to see the truth. Zack, you don't know him fully. And Hawthorne, don't you remember what he did to you?" "I don't understand why you're saying this," Aia replied, her voice rising. "If it's Zack, he wouldn't betray me. And if it's Hawthorne, I know he's changed." "Really?" the man asked, his smile seeming sinister. "Are you sure? Don't you remember anything about your past?" "I don't know what you mean," Aia replied, her head spinning. "Why are you lying to me?" "Don't you remember anything at all?" the man asked, his voice becoming more menacing. "The truth is, you've never trusted anyone. And now, there are people trying to take advantage of you." "What do you really want?" Aia asked, her voice filled with worry. "Why are you interested in me?" "I want to help you," the man replied, his tone seeming compassionate. "But you need to see the truth. And you need to trust me." Aia was uneasy. The man's words planted seeds of doubt in her mind. She didn't know who to believe. Were Zack and Hawthorne hiding secrets? Or was this just another game the mysterious man was playing? "I don't know who to believe," Aia whispered, her voice laced with confusion. "But I can't deny the truth that there are things I don't know about my past." "You're right," the man replied, his smile seeming sinister. "And that's why you need to trust me. I'm the only one who can help you find the answers you're looking for." "How do I know I can trust you?" Aia asked, her eyes filled with doubt. "Why are you offering to help?" "Because I'm the only one who can save you," the man replied, his voice becoming serious. "There are people trying to hurt you. And those people are closer to you than you think." Aia was confused. "Who are those people?" she asked, her voice rising. "I can't tell you now," the man replied. "But you need to trust me. You need to trust me if you want to know the truth." "I don't know what to do," Aia whispered, her head spinning. "I need time to think." "Think," the man said. "But remember, time is precious. And there are people waiting to hurt you." And just like that, the man vanished, as if he were a wisp of smoke. Aia was left alone, her mind filled with confusion and doubt. Who should she believe? Were Zack and Hawthorne hiding secrets? Or was this just another game the mysterious man was playing? Aia was left stunned after the mysterious man disappeared. His words echoed in her mind, causing intense confusion and fear. She didn't know who to trust. Doubt slowly crept into her heart. Tears silently streamed down her face, and sobs began to fill the quiet room. In the midst of her despair, Aia thought to call Zack. She quickly grabbed her phone and called her friend. On the other end of the line, she heard Zack's voice. "Aia? What happened? Why are you crying?" Concern was quickly evident in Zack's voice. From the tone of Aia's voice, Zack knew something was wrong. Aia didn't need to speak. Her crying was enough for Zack to understand the situation. He quickly rushed home, his heart filled with worry. When he arrived, he found Aia crying, holding her head. Her face was filled with confusion and fear. Zack quickly approached Aia and hugged her tightly. "Aia, what happened? Go on, tell me," Zack said, his voice full of concern. He stroked Aia's back to calm her down. Through her sobs, Aia told Zack everything she knew about the mysterious man. The doubts, the accusations, and the fear she felt. "I don't know who to believe," Aia sobbed. "If it's Zack, I can't handle it. Because I know deep down that I have feelings for him." Zack hugged Aia even tighter. "Don't worry, Aia. I'm here. We'll face this together. I won't leave you." As Aia cried, Zack got a glass of water and handed it to her. "Drink this, Aia. You need to rest," he said, his voice filled with care. Aia quickly drank the water, but the sadness and fear in her eyes didn't disappear. "I feel like I'm trapped in a dark room, Zack," she said, her voice becoming weak. "It's like my hands and feet are chained. In the darkness, I'm groping for answers I can't find. These chains are like problems that won't go away." Zack felt a pang in his heart as he heard those words. Those feelings seemed to echo back to him from times when he was also confused. "Aia," he said, his voice filled with empathy. "I understand. But you're not alone in this fight." Zack was suddenly struck by Aia's words. He decided from that moment on, he needed to protect her. "Aia, I won't leave you. We'll face these problems together. There are people we need to confront, and I'll do everything to keep you safe." Aia looked at Zack, her eyes full of hope. "Really, Zack? How can you protect me? The questions and problems seem deeper than I thought." "Trust me," Zack replied, his voice filled with determination. "I'll do everything to find the truth. I won't leave you in the dark room. I'll be with you as we get out of it." With those words, Aia's feelings gradually shifted. Her fear was slowly replaced by hope. "Thank you, Zack. I don't know what I would do without you." Now Aia knew who to trust. She knew Zack's intentions were pure. She felt the sincerity in every word that came out of his mouth. So she would put her complete trust in Zack. But as they talked, they didn't realize that a deeper mystery lurked around them. The answers they were seeking seemed harder to find than they expected. But in their unity, they were ready to face the challenges that lay ahead.
