Cole followed me inside the bedroom but I didn’t want him to be close just now, I needed a moment to myself. What he said affected me more than I wanted to admit. I turned to him and said, “I need to change.”
He stared back at me, seemingly unbothered and replied, “You can change here or in the bathroom...” Stepping closer he cupped my cheek and whispered, “It’s not like I haven’t seen you nakèd and kissed every inch of you.” He leaned down to kiss me, but I turned at the last moment so his lips grazed my cheek.
