If God is good, He cannot want me to suffer, even if this represents my chance to become stronger. Well, how could we answer to a sceptic like that? The Lord does not want to see us suffer, he wants us to be happy; but the freedom that he has given to all of us, and to the world he created, as a sign of his love, sometimes makes us suffer.
