We continued to walk and it felt like we arrived at the middle of the maze. Our eyes widened when we arrived at the area. It was a big space, and aside from sunflowers, there were a lot of flowers and a small tree in the very middle of it. There was a sign posted near the tree.

I slowly walked towards the tree and it was a balete tree, a kind of fig tree, and it's still growing. It is not the usual fig tree that I saw when I was a kid because they were usually big. Did the owner intentionally place this fig tree in the middle of the sunflower maze? How come I did not notice this one earlier?
“What a very interesting tree.” Sun said.
“Yes it is. This kind of tree, as I have read in a book, was considered sort of a mystical tree.” I said, while examining the area.
