Chapter 47

“Thank you so much, Ray. Now, you should take some rest so that your condition will not get worse.” He said, and pointed at the mat. I was about to lie down when he caught my head and slowly placed it on his lap. I was about to stand up but the pain coming from my wound did not help. I had no choice but to sleep on his lap. I thought it was going to be uncomfortable, but calmness was radiating from him. Sun started to rub my hair, making me relax even more. I did not realize that I had already fallen asleep on his lap. ---- I heard a familiar voice calling my name, and trying to wake me up. I was still tired from what happened last night. When I opened my eyes, it was Miko, Lena and Austin. I tried to stand up, but I felt so weak and dizzy. “Lena, good to see you. I hope you are fine.” I said, my voice weak. “I’m really sorry for causing trouble Sir. DOnt worry. I will reflect on my actions for this one.” Lena said, crying. “Don’t worry, I am not mad or anything. I am glad that you are fine. By the way, did you see a man here with me?” “No, we saw you alone here. There was no one with you. Is this Sun?” Miko said. “Yes, he was with me the entire time.” I said, “You must be hallucinating, Miko, there was no one with you here. I think you are in bad shape. Now, rest easy. We called help already, so just wait here, okay.” Did Sun disappear again? Where did he go? I am pretty sure that he was with me last night and I am not dreaming. My head began to hurt, and again, I fell asleep. I was surprised when I heard from Miko that I was out for two days. I suffered from high fever and had some stitches on the wound that I got from the mishap that I had on the mountainside. "So how did you find Lena?" I asked. "Lena told us that she lost her phone on the way back, that's why we cannot contact her. She also said that she felt a bit sad about what his Father told him, but it will not be a reason for her to run away." Miko said. "I see, that's good to hear that she is in a good relationship with her father again." I said. "But Lena was really feeling bad because of what happened to you. You should tell her that she should blame herself." Miko said. My friend is right. It will be bad if Lena continues to think like this, and also to clear things out with the other employees. "So, will you tell me about what happened at the mountains that night?" Miko asked. "Well, about that, my memory was a bit hazy." I said. "Really? But before you passed out, you kept on asking where was Sun? Tell me the truth." Miko said.
