Taking A Master

"Sphssshh" A splashing sound came form the river.He knew that whatever beast that attacked him had emerged from the river.But he couldn't see it as he had already decided to keep his eyes shot.

A few seconds passed by,yet nothing happened, at this point,he knew that something was going on,The magical beast should have already killed him or at leat start eating him by now.But the weird thing was that he didn't even hear any roars or at least sound from the beast.He knew the situation was quite weird and his deductions were soon backed up with what took place next.

"How do you want to die" A cold but melodious feminine voice resounded in his ear.At this point,he would be a fool if he didn't understand what was going on.He slowly slid his eyes open and was greeted by the sight of a gorgeous beauty whose pretty face could fell nations and body figure could cause emperors to prostrate before her.

"It was a mistake" He replied,He was quite guilty as he had already gotten a catch of what had transpired.He knew this was a very awkward and difficult matter and he would probably still have to die.He was quite shocked by the Young lady's prowess.

She didn't look to be that much above his age so he was quite shocked when he found out she was the one who immobilise him.

"I don't care,I asked you a question and I need an answer,how do you want to die" She replied with a cold face.She didn't seem arrogant but no lady would tolerate a man who they have no relationship with seeing thier nakedness.

"If you want to kill me,get on with it,there isn't much I can do here and besides I didn't see anything, My eyes were closed." Jian Ling replied with an even more expressionless face.He still had a part of his humanity lost so it did be weird if he was afraid of death.

"Fine then" She said a little but loudly and then waved her hand,As her hand passed through the air,it seemed as if some sort of force had invaded the air and were rushing crazily towards jian ling direction.

Jian ling face fell a bit when he saw it but immediately he face went back to being expressionless and he simply watched on waiting for whatever thing she did to get to him and kill him.

Alas,after waiting for a while nothing happened,it was quite shocking as he knew someone as strong as the girl could kill him with a wave of her hand except she wanted to use a high level skill which he knew she probably wouldn't use those to kill him as he was still really weak.He could just be considered a level one qi sensing realm expert.

After waiting for a few seconds,nothing still happened. 'Did she pity me and leave 'He thought inwardly' He thought inwardly as a speck of joy was slowly birthed,no matter what even if he wasn't afraid of death it didn't mean he wanted to die. He slowly opened his eyes but was Immediately downed when he saw the same figure standing at the same position which she was before.

"why not get on with it,or do you still want to humiliate and torture me before death" He snapped at her angrily. He didn't like the feeling of being toyed with like that but he immediately regained his clarity within a few seconds and then stared directly into her eye with an expressionless face and emotionless eyes.

She stood there and watched his drama with a smirky face though with a quite thoughtful expression while staring directly into his eyes.

At this point,it turned into an eye stare competition as no one was willing to look away. They stood there, on opposite sides with no one willing to look away.

They stood there from that moment till when the day slowly started to get dark and finally night fell yet the eye stare continued. Soon a loud c**k crow was heard and they both looked away together. It was a quite awkward situation for both of them which caused them to stand there for a while waiting for who will talk first.

"You know..." Jian ling was about to propose something to her before he was cut off by her with her words.

"Follow me" she coldly said and walked away,Her path being a bushy part of the forest. she walked in a neither to fast nor to slow pace,she didn't bother to look back to check whether he was following her or not.

He stood there first wondering whether he should follow her or take this chance to run away.

After a while,He decided to throw all caution to the air and follow her as he knew if she didn't kill him,he will probably be safer by her side than for him to keep working aimlessly,without direction nor destination. After weighing the pros and cons,he finally ran after her and soon caught up with her but still kept his distance incase of any sudden moves even though he knew it was futile.

They soon got to a little bamboo hut,it looked like those hut made of wood that was used in the olden days.

He was quite shocked for a woman to be willing to live in this kind of place as he knew women were very materialistic in nature.

Soon she got to the front of the building with jian ling a few metres behind her. She walked directly into the hut while jian ling stood outside as he didn't dare going to the house and it would defile courtesy to just walk into someone's house like that.

He stood there for a while waiting for her but she didn't ask him to come in.

Soon a thought crossed his mind as he thought of something on his mind. He knew that the fact she didn't kill him had already voiced out the fact that she had already taken a liking to his courage.

He immediately got on his knees and looked straight at the house waiting for something or better still someone. He knelt there for an entire day as he waited for her patiently,but still no one came out. He knelt for two more days waiting patiently with an expressionless face even though deep in his heart he was already losing hope and thinking whether he should stand up and leave.

Inside the hut,The maiden could be seen sitting on a little king size bed with a smirk hung on her face as she muttered "quite smart and unyielding, hmph,thank your stars that you were smart enough to know what to do".she sat on the bed for a while before she stood up and sluggishly walked towards the door.

Outside the hut,Jian ling was still on his knees even though his eyes was slowly being drained of all hope. He was about to give up when he saw the door slightly shake and hope immediately returned to his eyes. He immediately knotowed towards the door as it was slowly swept open and a petite figure walked out towards his direction.

"Please can you overlook my incompehut.ce and lack of talent and take me as a disciple"He said as he knotowed towards her while knocking his his directly on the floor till a small portion of it burst open as blood spurted. He paused for a seconds waiting for an answer but when he heard none he immediately continued his actions but this time more severely. It wasn't long till his face became dyed with is blood but still he refused to stop.

'Such ruthlessness, He's truly a talent hard to come by'. She thought inwardly but soon voiced out " Stop".He didn't dare continue after she said stop as he knew overdoing things tends to bring negative effects.

"Come in" She scoffed with a cold voice as she turned her back on him and cat walked into the bamboo hut. Her hips slowly swayed as she walked. This action could probably caused kings to fell their kingdom just to have a glimpse of the scene.

Jian ling was no an exception as he was also affected by it and gulped down a mouth fool of saliva but he immediately snapped out of it and ran after her. She walked directly into the hut towards a bed at the centre of one of the sides of the hut. She gracefully sat down on the bed while jian ling stood at the door while trying to maintain his expressionless face which looked pretty funny.

She gazed directly into his eyes and said "If you couldn't snap out of your lust not only would I have not taken you in,I would have killed you for being such a scum"
