This was because essence wasn't something one could absorb but was actually being liberated by one's meridians and so if one's meridians wasn't strong enough before they attempt essence generating, The meridians will will simply explode due to it inability to maintain essence.

With this, The reason for essence usage requirements could be easily identified, Though there were some special cases of some juniors who could tap into essence before reaching the meridians strengthening realm, Thus set of people were extremely rare and not at all easy to find.

It must be known that there was not even one of such persons in the Lin family generational line.

Cultivation was divided into many stages by the early cultivators and each stage has a corresponding action that is to be carried out with it.

The qi sensing realm is the realm were one begin to sense qi, The qi condensation realm which is the realm after the qi sensing realm is the realm where one begin to condense qi into the larger circle in the dantian, This is then followed by the qi control realm which is the realm where one begin to use qi to performs skills or just inset it into attacks.

The meridians strengthening stage which comes after this is the stage where one begins to strengthen thier meridians in preparation of the essence condensation stage which is the stage one begin to condense essence in thier dantian smaller circle, The essence control stage is the stage where one learns how to control essence and channel it through the veins to perform various arts.

The known stages after this were the path finding stage, path mending stage, and then the Dao condensation stage. All stages were divided into ten realms by early cultivators.

There were other stages after this but this stages were the one known by jian ling. Jian ling father, Lin Di , was a first level Dao condensation stage cultivator and he could be considered one of the strongest in the entirety of the TU kingdom.

He is ranked 7th among the Tu kingdom expert ranking and second in the Lin family ranking. The Lin family basically has three pillars which enable them to stand among the top 4 families in the kingdom. One was Lin di, jian ling's father, The other was Lin meng, jian ling's mother, and the third was Lin ji, Lin di's father and jian ling's grandfather.

There are four great family's in the TU kingdom, namely the lin family,caution.i family, The jun family and the strongest and also the royal family, The TU family.

Each of them has at least two Dao condensation stage expert and an imposing private army of thier own.

The Lin family has the scorpion corps which served as thier private army.

The four family's were considered the strongest family in the kingdom but not the strongest power.

There were other sects and guilds stronger and more resourceful than them so they still had to tread with caution.

Some of this guilds were the Alchemist guild which was the guild in charge of organising and coordinating Alchemist. The Alchemist guild happens to be one of the guild that even the royal family dares not offend. Just the connections of this guild is enough to throw the entire Tu kingdom into an uproar. As a guilds that controls alchemy, The level of connection they have was one which could threaten the live of even the strongest man in the kingdom. No one dares act rashly in front of this guild, but even at that, the guild didn't also dare act rampantly in the kingdom as they themselves had to worry about other guild,sects and powers on thier level.

There are basically three major guilds, one being the alchemist guild another being the arnament guilds and the last being the hunters guild.As the name hunters guild entails, it is basically a guilds where missions are issued and bounty hunters complete them to earn money. Unlike the alchemist guild, the hunters guild had little protection on thier members but of course, with exception of thier core members and highest ranking members. The higher your rank, the more seriously they will take you. The ranking ranges from bronze A to J with bronze A being the highest and Z the lowest,of course that was in the TU kingdom.

The highest ranking hunter in the TU village was a dao condensation stage expert with his ranking being bronze A rank. On the other hand, Alchemist guild places a strict protection on thier registered Alchemist.

Thier numbers are not as much as the hunters guild's since anyone who could cultivate could become a hunter whilst one need to have talent for any branch of alchemy to become an Alchemist.

Those with such talent weren't easily found as one needed go be both able to cultivate qi and also control flames to meet the minimum requirements.

Alchemist are treated as gems as they are responsible for making pills and portion for cultivation and some other uses. This pills and portion are essential for cultivators day to day life.

Some are used for forcefully breaking cultivation barriers while some others are used just as supportive measures for breakthrough.

Some are also necessary for other cultivation activities like strengthening meridians,veins,bones and some other part of the bodiy. There are also healing pills and portions that are used to heal injuries.

The third guild being the armament guild is a guild that consist of weaponsmith. This people are the people responsible for forging magical weapons and treasures. They just like the Alchemist could be said to have a really wide range of connection.

There are also other powers that could stand toe to toe with this guilds and some even higher than them. Some examples of them are sects like the on which caused jian ling predicament.

There are two major sects in the tu kingdom, This sect are the path paving sect and The plum blossom sect. There are also the two temples being the budhist temple and the Taoist temple.

The TU kingdom dare not offend this powers, not because of thier strength being higher than Thiers but because they knew all this powers were just branches of thier main power. In fact they could be considered sub branches as no one including themselves knows thier real depth.

Back at the bamboo hut, A gorgeous lady with a blood red hair dangling below her shoulders stood right in front of the hut.

She seemed to be in serious contemplation on something. She had search through the forest countless number of times but get she found nothing.

She needed to leave the forest immediately as she had other important matters to attend to but it didn't sit well with her to just leave like that without finding jian ling.

If not for the urgency of the matter she needed to settle she would have rather waited for quite some time so that she will at least have a clear conscience and stop blaming herself for the incident.

Clarity soon returned to her face as she seemed to have made a decision. She slowly waved her hand and a ring suddenly appeared in her hand.

This was an interseptial ring, An interseptial ring was a storage device with a compressed space within it.

With a whooshing sound, she seemed to have faded out of existence and then she reappeared inside the bamboo hut.

She placed the interseptial ring on the bed, This ring contained the treasures she planned on giving jian ling as a welcoming disciple gift and a few other things which she recently added but felt it will be useful and important to him.

She stood there for a while before turning her back towards the bed and then walking towards the door.

She paused yet again and entered into deep contemplation, Soon she snapped out of it and then waved both her hands, A sheet of paper appeared in the left and a pen in the right.

She slowly started writing but finished almost immediately. If one looked into the paper one would find two very notable words, with a sentence written beneath it.

This two words were Xue Mei, whilst the boldly written sentence underneath the words read 'Dont come looking for Me Without reaching the Dao condensation stage'.

With this written she waved her hands and the paper faded from her hands and appeared on the bed, whilst the pen seemed to have disappeared from existence.

She then proceeded to walk out of the door, Once she got outside she turned to give the bamboo hut one last look, and then ran her eyes through the surroundings.

She waved her hand once again, And a thick screen barrier seemed to have suddenly been birthed around the bamboo hut.

This barrier was there to prevent people from going into the hut, and only jian ling should be able to get in as he was the only one who had a speck of her essence in this forest.

With her final worry cast aside, "Be safe" A low mumble excaped her mouth as she she turned into a speck of light and zoomed away. If any mortal scientist was here, they did be shocked to the core as she was moving at the speed of light itself, even jian ling would have been shocked as he knew even a Dao condensation stage expert could not do that which only meant that this random girl he met in the forest and took as a teacher was far above the level of his father, She was definitely not simple.
