He really hated situations like this and didn't really know what to do. This was another life gamble. He had had to gamble with his life on many occasions since he started this little adventure of his and it was really starting to worry him. He didn't fear death didn't mean he was okay with being toyed with by luck this way.

"Sigh....." He let out a long sigh before walking towards the building. Whilst he wasn't happy with the Gamble's he knew he had gained a lot from each of them so he knew better than to run away from dangers of this sort especially with the attractive feelings he was getting from his body to go in. it was as if something was calling from within the Temple.

Even though he couldn't see the tower but he could tell the direction it was through the water. He kept walking to towards the direction slowly,with his hands raised forward as he was trying to avoid bumping into the tower incase of any defence mechanism, Lest he die without knowing how.

Soon, He could feel his hand scrape through a door like structure. He slowly traced his hands round the door looking for the handle which he soon found.

He soon found the handle but immediately his hands came into contact with the handle,The door shut open itself,it seemed as if it had recognised his hands which seemed really weird to him. He raised his eyes as his gaze peered into the sight ahead. A flabbergasted expression appeared on his face when the sight beyond the door greeted him.

There were hundred of thousands of people knotowing towards a statue which was at the centre of the front side of the Temple. But that wasn't what shocked him,what shocked him was that the statue was floating,yes,A floating statue Right beneath the statue,There was a staff embedded to the floor. This staff that looked like it hasn't been touched or used by someone for a very long time. But as soon as the door shut open to reveal jian ling,The staff immediately started vibrating as if trying to free itself and sweep it way towards me.

The action of the staff seemed to have awakened the people who were praying to the statue. A look of confusion could be seen on many face when they saw the statue actions. They looked around to find the cause of the incident and finally thier eyes rested on me.

"You filthy son of a b***h,how did you get in here" He said as he knew that jian ling wasn't one of them through the dress jian ling was putting on. They were all dressed in old fashion Chinese modern dresses

Jian ling was still quite shocked about the sight in front of him that he didn't seem to here the young man words. He had already gotten a gist of what was happening here,He knew he had unknowingly stumbled into a secluded clan,sect or other super power base.

But he still didn't give a damn to the young man as his entire gaze was focused on the floating statue and the staff. He could fill his blood churn as he stared in thier direction and the attraction which he had earlier towards the temple seemed to be coming from them.

He slowly walked forwards without paying heed to the people who were there and mostly the yelling young man. The closer he got,The greater the force of attraction became. The staff also started vibrating faster as if responding to him. The scene taking place here left a shocked expression on the faces of the people in the temple. There was an old man at the very front of them who faced the statue directly when they were praying. He seemed to be some sort of leader.

At this point when he saw the series of occurrence, A glint flash through his eyes as a shocked expression was slowly being birthed on his face. He seem to have thought of something.

Back at the bamboo hut, within it, A gorgeous lady could be seen laying on the bed with her eyes tightly closed. But all of a sudden a frown appeared on her face as her eyes shut open. She had noticed that she couldn't sense jian ling anymore, She was already quite shocked when she didn't sense him release any energy or even make any heavy move, This meant that he didn't get into any fight with any demonic beast which was weird considering the large amount of magical beast in the forest. It was as if he knew where they where coming from and kept deterring them.

She was able to monitor him due to the mark she secretly placed on him when he was leaving as she knew leaving him to roam this forest alone was nothing less than a suicide attempt. At this point she knew something was wrong since she was sure that he didn't leave the forest. The sound of flowing breeze invaded the air as she disappeared from where she was leaving the door open which was the only sign that someone just left. Soon she reappeared where she last sensed jian ling, which was in front of the The temple, but there was no temple in sight,The temple seemed to have disappeared into thin air as even if you were to look to the water, You won't still see any temple. But of course she didn't know as she didn't even know there was once a temple here.

She stood there for a while with a heavy expression on her face,Jian Ling seemed to have disappeared into thin air. 'Maybe I should look through the forest' She thought inwardly and with a whoosh sound she disappeared. She appeared in another part of the forest, looked around then disappeared . This occurrence took place a few more times as she slowly swept through almost the entire forest,yet she found nothing..

She really felt like slapping her self,How could she have sent a first level qi sensing realm rookie to hunt in this forest that even her still can't fully uncover it mystery's.

And not only did she send him to hunt,she sent him to hunt a qi condensation realm magical beast. She felt really stupid,What if he had died to some beast .

But she immediately denied that thought as she knew she would have gotten a signal from the mark if he was in danger or was dead,But in this case the said mark seemed to have gone dormant.

She could neither sense jian ling or monitor his action. She couldn't even sense whether he was still alive or dead. She never thought being a teacher would be so frustrating and even though she didn't have much emotions towards jian ling as she just took him in,but still, he was still her student and the worst of it all was that she was the one who sent him on this journey of no return.

She stood where she was for quite sometime as different thought and emotions washed through her being. But soon a thought flashed through her mind about whether he had encountered some sought of opportunity which isolated him and where he was from the world. She had realised by now that he probably wasn't dead or she would have gotten a signal no matter what. The mark she placed on him contained a speck of her essence. Essence was a part of a persons being which could be detached from that person to perform arts. While arts where basically skills performed with essence.

Essence and qi were similar but they were separated by earlier cultivators to make it easier for the younger generation to differentiate them.

Essence were similar to qi as they both could be considered part of a person and be used to perform moves. But the main different was that qi was absorbed from the world so it could only be considered as a foreign part of the human energy.

But essence on the other was formulated by the meridians in the body themselves. Essence are thicker and purer qi which is why they were basically used for more powerful moves.

But the letdown of essence was it's little quantity which made it impossible to overuse.

Qi is thinner and less purer than essence but they are more useful in prolonged battle due to thi large quantity.

The dantian was made up of two circles, The Large circle and the small circle. The Large circle is used for storing qi while the small circle is used for storing Essence.

The qi was absorbed mostly through the mouth with qi harnessing techniques, But there are techniques that allowed absorption through other means,Such as breathing through the nose, Absorption of the skin or eyes and various other special method.

But essence on the other could only be accessed by Core formation cultivators who had already gone through the Meridians strengthening realm or those that are in it final stage and had strengthened their meridiand.
