The Poetry Days

HELLO OCTOBER. (Introduction to the poetry days.)

Hello October is an introduction poem to my poetry book titled "The poetry days." October means alot to me I when I started to write poetry. By then I was so young didn't realize what I wrote was called poetry but due to a loss of my parents in a car accident, I wrote everything down.

It was one thing that helped me pour out my emotions because I'm a lonely guy. I didn't have anyone to talk to and even if I was around people who were concerned but still I wasn't open enough to them. They could barely help and I'm to blame for that.

So I penned down my feelings, experiences till now.

Hello October poetry reveals how I think about October. It's a poem that introduces me to my poetry days and each October to me is a month of sadness, a month that took my family from me and left me with nothing. it stole the only little happiness I had. so I wrote this;

HELLO OCTOBER.

Hello October,

we hoped that we be here oneday,

but not like this, no not like this.

Hello October,

we patiently waited for you, not knowing along with you comes bad luck.

You didn't have to hit me so hard with your surprise. A surprise so unbearable.

Hello October,

now I know, I know that you swept away all my happiness,

taken away the most precious part of my life. My Mom.

Hello October,

You got me here,

crying each time we meet, you hurt me so much.

You broke me into a billion pieces. If there's anything I remember about you and thank you is a brokenheart.

Hello October,

at crossroads I stand sadly writing about you.

You robbed the essential people in my life, like the devil you stole and murdered my dad too. Uh.

I guess my Mom wasn't enough for you.

You left me all alone by myself. In foster homes I grew, you you took my family from me.

Hello October,

I'm so angry at you and I I don't mean to be I'm sorry but,

In you, I celebrate a loss. A loss of my family, my world because you took it all for yourself.

Crushed it and crushed me too. Thanks October.
