The next morning I got up took a shower and dressed for work before heading down and making breakfast. Even though Noah and I were both taking time off to get settled, I still needed to go in and set up my office at work and meet June's staff and the other lawyers in her office. I made Noah some pancakes and sausage and left him a note saying I had made enough because Lee had texted me that he was coming over to help Noah set up his office and finish unpacking the rest of the house. I rushed back upstairs and kissed him lightly on the lips before walking outside and climbing into my car and heading to the Flynn Law Firm.
