Megan had never felt more confused in her life. It wasn’t like she had sought Brad out. It wasn’t like she knew she’d run into him when she came to buy her sister-in-law a present at the gift shop.
He’d seemed happy to see her. Eager to show her the view from the rooftop. But once they got up there, everything had turned so painfully awkward. Her whole body shivered even though there wasn’t the slightest hint of a breeze.
