I know Alex was getting frustrated and annoyed with the house. She wanted to return to her old habits and forget about everything. She joined me now and again for my morning jogs. We sparred in the gym at home to get her back on her feet. She was slowly regaining her strength but hasn’t got rid of her fear or found her confidence. I couldn’t hold her back from who she is.
