I did a lot of thinking while I was at the river. Unfortunately for me, I could only keep racking my brain as to how to deal with my mother’s ability. If he can hear my thoughts, then I had lost the battle before I even realized I had one.
Dad had known everything then. Unless of course, he did not pry on me and my all the careless deeds and naughty plans I had in my head.
Curse my wishes to be my own person and be a happy-go-lucky teenager.
For days, I was in constant debate with myself and my emotions. Should I ask Dad directly if he had been listening to my thoughts all my almost seventeen years of existence? That would be insensitive of me. That is like accusing of something. And it would also be suicide on my part.
