Chapter 28 Reid lay in bed, holding Allison in his arms, thanking the universe that she was still here. The kid who kidn*pped her was inexperienced, and that g*n he accidentally shot could have easily put a bullet into Allison. Reid was counting his blessings that didn’t happen. Allison’s award sat on his nightstand. She had wanted to keep it close. See it when she fell asleep and be one of the first things she saw when she woke, other than him, of course.
