♥ Denise’s POV ♥
UPON seeing Kelly, I looked at Jared but he seems to be avoiding my gaze. I held his are as I asked him:
Denise: “Jared, what’s going on? Why are you with her?”
Jared finally looked back at me and replied.
Jared: “I’m saving you from that man who’s been holding you hostage. I know he got you pregnant by force, and he’s taken you away from your family and friends.”
Denise: “That’s not true. I went to him on my own. He hired me as a surrogate mother. I needed the money for my dad’s operation so I couldn’t really tell anyone about my situation, especially my family. Eventually, we fell in love and he divorced his wife Kelly. She has been threatening me and my family. I don’t know what she wants.”
