Donald And Jane Are Humiliated

POV: Zoey

He was still asking me what is going on and I was thinking of the perfect answer to give him that won’t cause a scene here. But he noticed my ruined makeup and the bruises on my cheeks and my arms where Jane and the security pulled and dragged me around like a thief. Everywhere was as quiet as a graveyard as everyone noticed the change in his countenance.

He was pissed, I could tell. I could feel the anger oozing from him and I could literally see it in his eyes. He reached out for me and wiped my tears away, pulling me into his arms and kissing my forehead,

“I’m sorry my love, I stepped out to welcome my grandfather. I will never leave your side again, I promise.” He assured me, looking deeply into my eyes for a brief second before placing his lips softly on mine.

“Who did this, who dared to touch my woman?” He asked no one in particular. But Natalie took it up personally and she decided to be the one to respond to his question,

“Those two attacked her and called her a tramp!” she let out furiously, pointing to Donald and Jane.

“And everyone around cheered and encouraged their foolishness, no one spoke out in her defence or even tried to stop these idiots!” She added in anger, pointing at everyone that stood by and did nothing to help me. I felt so proud to see them standing up for me and defending me before these two vultures. It feels so nice to be in Sebastian’s arms as he openly showed his affection to me, ignoring the whispers from some people in the crowd.

“Did they hurt you?” he asked me openly, kissing my lips. I nodded in response and he groaned inside, glaring daggers at them. If only eyes could kill, they’ll be dead already. He turned back to me and cupped my cheeks with both palms, looking deeply into my eyes.

“You are my woman now, Zee. You don’t let yourself get bullied by anyone, even in my absence. If someone hits you, you hit back twice as hard. I would hate to see these bruises on your face and body when your opponent is looking all cute and proud. I will teach you to be ruthless so next time this happens, the bruises will be on your opponent and not you!” he whispered to me, scolding me for not fighting back.

He looks so furious, it’s hard to believe that he is fuming about this issue when it’s obviously not his fault that I got hurt. You would think that he is the one that got attacked with the way he’s fuming in rage. At least, now I know that he would back me up if I get in trouble with these idiots. Now I can confidently dish out my revenge and watch them suffer after I take back everything that was stolen from me. He held me in his arms as he turned to face my bullies, his face stern and fierce.

“You do not come to a party and be rude to the host, you do not come to my f*****g party and abuse my woman!” He let out fiercely, glaring daggers at them. He signalled his PA, Leon over and ordered him to send them out of his party,

“Throw them out of here, and make sure they never get invited to my parties until further notice. Cancel any business transaction we have with them and make sure we do not do business with anyone who stood by and watched as those fools humiliate my woman!” He let out fiercely, leading me to his seat at the big table.

“You had better make this right, Janie, I need this contract!” Donald scolded Jane in anger as we walked out of their sight,

“Wait, Zoey!

You can’t let this happen to us, we are sisters, Zee. Think about the company and your brother’s share in the company. If we secure this contract, dear sister, you can finally afford the best treatment for him and also get him a communication device, just like you’ve always wanted!” she let out calmly, sounding like an angel. You would never believe that she wanted me thrown out of here just a few minutes ago.

“I turned to her and glared dangerously at her before turning to look at Sebastian who has a stern look on his face. He winked at me, the side of his lips curved in an evil smirk. I smiled as I realized that he was giving me the leverage to hand this as I see fit. He is giving me a chance to feel the taste of revenge and I f*****g love it.

Wait a minute...

“Did we just communicate with our eyes?” I thought within me as I smiled to myself, loving the understanding between us. It’s cute to have someone that only has to look at me and he’ll know what I want.

“Come on, Zoey, we are sisters, remember?” she added after a few minutes silence. I turned to her and smiled brightly, tipping my head to the side to stare at her from head to toe, eyeing her.

“Now we are sisters, huh?” I scoffed, enjoying her discomfort as everyone stared at her, making her uncomfortable.

“Why don’t you return my house and company that you stole from me, dear sister?” I asked her, glaring at her. She smiled as she walked towards me, coming to stand in front of me.

“I’m so sorry, Harper, I thought you gave them to Donald out of love. Why do you want to take everything back and throw me and my unborn child out to the street. Is it because he chose me and not you, do you still love Donald that much that you don’t want to see us happy?” she asked me, trying to gain sympathy from the crowd and make me look bad.

She is making it seem like I still love Donald and that is why I am being mean to her. It would be a stain on Sebastian’s legacy if everyone thinks that the girl he’s with is in love with her ex boyfriend. I smiled at her tricks, biting my lips to stop me from yelling at her and calling her a fraud and a liar. She held my hand and brought it to her stomach, forcing me to feel her flat stomach before everyone.

“Think about my baby and forgive me Zoey, I’m so sorry,” she faked a sob, throwing herself in my arms for the crowd to see whilst whispering to me,

“If you make this any harder for me, I’ll burn down the company to the ground and you will not have the funds to cater for your brother!” she threatened me fiercely with a smile plastered on her face to deceive the crowd. Sebastian has a glare on his face as he stared at her acting, but he didn’t say anything probably because he wants me to handle it.

“Tell me you’ve forgiven me, dear sister, say it now Zee love, I want everyone to see that we are no longer fighting.” She let out loudly for the crowd to hear, her eyes looking deeply into mine as she smirked evilly, thinking she has won.

“Of course, I forgive you, dear sister. But it’s not me either you offended, Janie, it’s Sebastian party and you created a scene here. So I suggest you and your man should go on your knees and apologize to him for acting so recklessly and treating his fiancée like a common peasant.” I told her, saying it out loudly for everyone to hear.

The smirk vanished from her face immediately as she saw that there is no way she can avoid such an humiliating act. It’s either she does as I instructed or she won’t get the contract they want from Sebastian. It’s two options, she can choose to kneel down and apologize or get thrown out of the party. Either way, she faces humiliation. I walked away from her face, going to stand beside Sebastian and placing my hand on his shoulder proudly.

“What are you waiting for, too proud to apologize?” Natalie asked her, glaring daggers at her and Donald. They looked defeated as they grudgingly walked towards Sebastian and I and knelt before us, apologizing shamefully. I chuckled as they both struggled to find the right words to use. Sebastian was right, revenge is very satisfying.

“We apologize, Sebastian,” they finally told him, looking down shamefully.

“Apology accepted!

Now get the f**k out of my party!” he lets out sternly, sticking to his initial orders. I smiled in satisfaction as I watched them get escorted out of the party. It feels good to know that I can hurt them as much as they hurt me. This is just the beginning of my revenge, I will get everything that was stolen from me and my brother and also avenge the death of our parents. They have no Idea what is coming...
