“I’ve missed you so much, Mama” I say, as tears continue flowing down my cheeks.
Mama pulls away slightly and gently wipes my tears away with her thumbs, maintaining her hands cupping my cheeks.
“I’ve missed you so much too, my flower” She says, kissing my forehead again.
A million questions run through my head, but I know the one I want to make first. I now vividly remember our tearful goodbyes before she had to wipe our memories and hand us over to Roxanne.
