We run through the roads as quickly as we can, flashing by the kilometers in the blink of an eye. I know I promised Renee and Raphael I would explain everything to them along the way, but the fact is I am too shaken by Soren’s bloody image to be able to say anything anymore.
I just want to get to his pack as quickly as possible and get them to safety. I know that’s what Soren would have wanted too.
I just don’t know if they will listen to me if he is not here.
Raphael seems to understand my urgency to get there and doesn’t ask any questions as he continues running after me, Renee close behind him.
It doesn’t take long until we are in the woods belonging to Soren’s pack. Knowing we will be greeted by the guard as soon as we step on their grounds, I continue running and stay alert
