Chapter Twenty-Seven
I have slept like a baby. Yesterday after we ate a little we went straight to bed. Rich took me in his arms, kissed my forehead when I laid my head on his chest, he told me that he loves me and I fell asleep by the sound of his heartbeat. The sound of Rich’s heartbeat is now the greatest tune ever created. I thought I would never be able to have my head on his chest anymore, that I would never be able to hear his string heartbeat again.
When we woke up, it was already afternoon. We fell asleep around 8 pm and woke up around 1 pm. I guess I was more tired than I thought, and I still feel like I could sleep even more.
