After our intense conversation in my office I just wanted to get to bed. We went into our room and spoke a little further before sleeping. I didn’t understand why I had to pay or be punished for Noah’s short comings. Also, Scarlet was the one who blindly fell for him although I can’t exactly blame her for it. The bustard probably took advantage of her when he saw that she was vulnerable. Even in his death the bustard still had a presence in our relationship.
