Delnard heard both ladies ask him a question and he was not surprised. He had been so distracted with the news he received that he just rushed towards the guest room and announced that they were leaving New York.
“I am not going anywhere,” Isabelle worried voice rang out from the middle of the room.
“I don’t have time to explain the entire thing to you, Isabelle,” Delnard started as he looked at her from the doorway “but, please believe me that it is in your best interest. We’re not safe here at the moment.”
