Eden's POV
I stretch my arms out above my head lazily before yawning. Opening one eye at a time, the realization of what I have done hits me like a ton of bricks. “Oh no!” I mutter, looking around the empty room frantically.
Did I fall asleep here? How could I be so stupid?
I quickly bounce onto my feet and gather my dirty work clothes into my arms when, suddenly, the sound of a woman’s laugh greets my ears.
I abandon the pile of clothes and rush to the door, heading down the corridor with eager anticipation. The closer I get to the center of the house, the louder the sound becomes, and I can now identify more than one woman’s voice through the mixture of male guffaws.
