Tours of The House & Gardens
Although I was kept in my cellar cell nearly all the time for my penance and training to do tricks, I was occasionally taken up to the main floor of the house and connected to the overhead track system by means of my nasal leash being hooked to one of the carriages in it. As well, my father infrequently took me out for walks around the grounds and gardens, but those times were rare in the extreme and of course I never really knew when I was to be permitted these small freedoms ... and they were not granted without a price of pain and misery to be paid.
I knew when I was taken out of the cellars, for I had to awkwardly climb the long stairs, following the harsh tension of my leash, then a few seconds of freedom from its painful dragging
