Amelia felt sad and gloomy the next two days. She did not know whether it was because Clark was ignoring her or because she was hurt and missing his company.
It was unfair! He was the one who kissed her not the other way around! He didn't have the right to be angry at her!
Amelia did try to act nonchalant and she did try not to mind the cold front coming from Clark. He played the role well. He'd laugh and act as if nothing was wrong when they were with friends but ignore her in class or just pass by her in the hallway.
