Tyson was in his middle of thinking while his tears were still flowing through his cheeks. Would he still come back for Harlow or not anymore?
"Wala naman sigurong mababago kapag binalikan ko siya," he whispered in the mid-air.
And so he thought, he would just continue his journey all alone. But after some time, he had just found himself standing and running back at Duglas' house.
Nothing would change, and so his love for her.
He ran as fast as he could so that he could still see her. Though his knees were so weak, he tried to be strong.
"Wait for me, my lady!"
Both Duglas and Harlow looked at the door when someone outside knocked on it; it knocked three times, then it paused. After some time, it knocked again, so Duglas decided to open it.
As Duglas walked through the door, Harlow couldn't stop herself from thinking it might be Tyson. Would he really come back for her?
She was really hoping it was Tyson, but what was her hope still for? She might be hurt more when she would see him again.
Duglas slowly opened the door and a man surprised him as well as Harlow.
The lady was so disappointment the man wasn't Tyson.
The man got something inside her bag. Harlow couldn't clearly see it but she had an idea it was a paper.
The lady raised her eyebrows when she heard again of that name.
Duglas accepted the paper that the man offered him. He thanked him afterwards, then closed the door. He went directly at his table and opened the letter.
Harlow, on the other side, was confused of the letter. She wandered what was it all about especially that she had seen Duglas smiled while reading it.
Afterwards, he stood up and walked near to her. "Binabati kita," sambit niya.
A pucker was formed between Harlow's eyebrow. "P-para saan po?" she asked.
Duglas then gave her the paper and let her read it.
"Duglas,
- Harra Granta."
Harlow couldn't express the happiness she was feeling after reading the text. Was it even real? She succeeded in her task?
All the tears she was wasting was for Tyson. She was so excited to see him again and tell him the news.
She was about to left the place when suddenly, someone outside knocked again on the door.
She stopped stepping forward for awhile and let Duglas open the door first.
She even cried more of the joy.
"Tyson..." she whispered.
She ran to him right away and hugged him tightly. She was like dreaming as of the moment. She didn't believe it was happening. She thought they would never meet again. She thought she would never hug and touch him again.
Was their happy ending could even be real?
Tyson kissed her on her forehead for how many times. He was crying as well the moment he saw her.
Although Duglas was disregarded because of the moment of the two, he was happy for them.
"I missed you!" Harlow cried.
"I missed you, too," Tyson said. "I knew n-nothing would change if I come back, but-"
Harlow put her finger on his mouth for him to stop talking. "It's not happening anymore."
"W-what do you mean?"
Harlow looked at Duglas and asked for a sign whether he would let her order Tyson to read the letter or not. Gladly, he nodded.
And so, Tyson read the letter. Afterwards, he looked at her and tears were just forming in his eyes again.
"I thought I have lost you," he said.
After the long emotional moment of the two, they thanked Duglas.
"I heard her name for how many times, but I still don't know her," Harlow said.
The two thanked him again for his faith on them. Because of that, they was motivated to do more, to do better. Indeed when someone believed in you, you were becoming stronger.
After some time, Harlow and Tyson packed up their things again and ready themselves for their quest. They were about to go to 'Memoria' because it was the place for their next mission. They tried asking Duglas its exact location, but he never told them, so they have no choice but to find it themselves.
"Maraming salamat ulit sa lahat, Ginoong Duglas!" the two said before they left his house.
Along the way, they gratefully held each other's hands. Their quest for this time was different.
"See you, Memoria!"
