Dev's POV

Finally tapos na ang klase, after that long and boring day. I leave our classroom immediately the moment the teacher went out. Wala naman kahit anong nakakaganang nangyari sa araw na 'to except sa sabunutan ni Gio at nung isang naming kaklase.. what's her name again?

Naka date ko na siya dati ehh but I don't remember he name. I don't remember my fling's name. They are just.. nothing to me. Wala naman sila sa akin. Hindi sila kawalan. I can just drop them off once I get tired of them. Hindi sila kawalan. More likely sila ang nawalan once na iwan ko sila. Then maghahabol sila without realizing na talaga lang na ayaw ko na sa kanila. I don't like girls na nanghahabol sa mga tao na hindi sila gusto, napaka desperada nila. I like hard to get girls.

I sigh, I'm waiting for my brother's to arrive. Pupunta kaming ospital ngayon to visit mom and dad. At tingnan kung kamusta sila. If they are recovering or getting worse. But I know the doctors there are doing their best.

"Kuya Dev!" Napalingon ako sa kung saan 'man nagmumula ang sigaw And to only see my youngest brother, Electro.

"Mile... where's Daugnh?" I asked, he look at me before pouting.

"Kuya, you know kuya Franz will be mad at you again. Kasi you call him to his second name. He don't want being called to his second name." Turan niya and I chuckled.

"Bakit naman?" I asked and ruffled his hair.

"Kuya! Don't, I'm not a kid anymore. " He push my hand away and whined.

"But you're always our baby.." I baby talked to him and he rolled his eyes.

"If kuya Franz hear you call him Daugnh, you're lagot.." Conyong sagot ni Mile which made me chuckle a little.

"Sino nanaman ang tumawag sa'kin sa second name ko?" Me and Mile both flinched as we heard Franz's cold voice. We look at the side to see him there standing, holding his belongings.

"Oh, not me kuya, Kuya Dev did.." Depensa ni Mile habang nakaturo sa akin but I could only laugh.

"You know Daugnh-

"Franz," Putol niya sakin sa blankong ekspresyon at malamig na boses.

"Fine fine, Franz, bakit ba ayaw na ayaw mo na tinatawag ka na Daugnh?" Tanong ko and I heard him groan.

"Kuya.. I already told you.. Franz okay? Masyadong weird pakinggan ang Daugnh for me.l Sagot niya and I could only nod.

"Now, kung wala na kayong ibang gagawin malapit na daw sila kuya Peter.." Dagdag ni Fran before just standing beside Mile. We just stand and wait there, both me and Franz on our phone while Mile is reading something from his Science book.

Few minutes later at tumatinh na si kuya Peter, our family driver.

As usual sa passenger's seat ako and Mile and Franz at the back. The whole ride is silent and no one dared to talk. Probably wala naman dapat pag-usapan. I can't just tell them about Gio and that girl. It will be weird and awkward. So I just decided to shut up and sit there.

Few kilometers later ay nakarating na kami sa hospital kung saan naka confine at naka coma sila mom and dad.

As we entered the hospital maraming staffs ang bumati sa amin.. few nurses and doctors.

By the way this hospital is owned by our parents so kilala na kami dito... some nurses squeals as they saw us.

Halos every time na may bago na nurses or doctors dito ay may nagkakagusto sa aming mag kakapatid.

Pero ang pinaka chick magnet ay si Mile kasi siya ang bunso.

But there's this one time na may nag ka gusto na lalaking doktor kay Franz na siyang pang asar namin sa kaniya.

Na siyang laging ikinagagalit ni Franz.. and I'm telling you na nakakatakot magalit ang isang Franz. Mahirap kapag nag alburuto ang bulkang Franz. Kahit kapatid ko ay maski ako ay suko kapag nagtapon na ito ng masasamang tingin. Parang kahit tingin nito ay nakakapaso.

But he kept himself in line.. kahit galit na galit siya ay hindi siya nanakit or gumagawa ng kahit anong ika kasama ng kahit sino. He still know his limits.

Pero in the end galit pa din siya at magkukulong sa kwarto niya because he is the 'short tempered' sa aming tatlo. And we don't know what he's doing inside his room. We even barely go to his room na nasa kabilang bahay pa.

"Room 365.. here it is kuya.." Anunsyo si Mile.. I snapped back to reality as we enter our parents hospital room.

Mile opens the door. "Hey mom dad!" Bati ni Mile.. he is just so young for me.. 19 years old lang siya and he shouldn't have facing this kind of problem. Para sa akin, some may say na matanda na sya. But for me, he is still our baby brother. Na matagal naming hindi nakasama.

Si Mom gising na, but she is still weak to move but she can talk and smile.. but dad.. he is at bad state. His blood pressure would either go super high or super low.

Which may lead him to death kung hindi laging mamomonitor. But we always tell the doctors to do everything in order our parents to survive.

Dahil kahit magkano pa 'man ang bill namin ay kayang-kayang namin itong bayaran. Because...we are Altairavez. And we own the hospital, but I know we still needs to pay.

I walk besides mom bed and smiled at her. "Hey mom..how are you doing?" I asked and caressed my mom's head.

"I'm fine Dev.. kayo? Kumusta kayo ng mga kapatid mo?" She asked.. si mom talaga.. sila na nga ang nasa critical state but she's still worried about us. Well, probably mom instincts.

"We are fine mom.." Franz replied and mom smiled.

I get some fruit beside my mom's table and prepare it for mom's dinner.

Bumili kami ng ibang pagkain but fruit is important for the recovery of mom and dad sabi ng mga doktor.

Franz and Mile are fixing other stuffs when we heard mom gasps na siyang nakapag pataranta sa aming tatlo. Our heads immediately snap at their direction.

"Mom what's wrong?" Nag-alala kong tanong. Still holding the knife and apple on my hand.

"Franz why is there blood on your shirt?" Tanong ni Mom at nagsimulang mag hanap si Franz sa damit niya.

Maski si Mile ay nag usisa na rin.

"Here kuya oh." Turo ni Mile sa dugo sa tagiliran ng t-shirt ni Franz.

Hindi agad nakasagot si Mile at tinitigan muna ang parte ng t-shirt niya na may dugo.

"Uh.. maybe it's from the girl I saved this morning.." He not surely answered.

I saw mom's brows furrowed.

"Why? What happened?" Our mom asked.

"There is this transfer girl at my class that fainted at the restroom. Then one of her friend ask for help and I brought that girl to the clinic, maybe it's form her.." Franz explained and mom nodded.

When I finished preparing mom's food I gave it to her.. I told her I'll feed her but she insisted on eating in her own.

Sabi niya na we should eat dinner too. Eh dahil gutom na rin naman ang bunso namin ay kumain na rin kami sa dining table ng room nila mom.

As we are eating I tried to asked Franz what really happened, cause I feel na hindi totoo 'yung sinabi niya.

"So, ano ba talagang totoo about sa dugo dyan sa t-shirt mo, Franz?" Panimula ko, hindi agad ito sumagot at nanatili akong nakatingin sa kaniya, tinitingnan kung may magbabago ba sa ekspresyon niya.

He put down his utensils and sigh. "I already told you kuya, it's from the girl in my class.." He replied irritated.

"Then why is that girl bleeding?" I asked and Mile snapped his head from eating his chicken.

A teasing smirk formed on Mile's lips. "Ohh, kuya Franz..what did you do?" Pang-aasar ni Mile, naguluhan naman ako kung bakit 'yon tinanong ni Mile but in the end we both laugh except Franz.

"You know what.. bahala kayo kung anong iniisip-

I shake my head. "No no Franz.. ano nga?" Putol ko and he rolled his eyes.

"Ang kulit mo naman kuya ehh, it's from my classmate, Rio. Friend ni ate Gio, nahimatay siya sa CR.. then baka galing to sa kaniya.." Inis na sagit ni Franz. Slightly raising his voice but not too loud para hindi marinig nila Mom.

"Why aren't you sure-

"Wait Franz.. did you mention's Gio's name?" I cut off Mile and ask Franz, Franz took a deep breath.

"Kuya naman! I know you two are enemies but stop okay? I'm done explaining what really happened.." He snapped before continue eating his food.

I look at the white wall across me, Gio..ayos naman na babae si Gio its just she's so annoying for me. Para siyang hindi babae kung umasta minsan. Napaka siga niya. Nakakainis kapag ang ingay nila nung kaibigan niyang lalaki.

But all in all okay siya, she have the looks, the brain. Baka sadya lang hindi maganda ang ngipin niya at may kaunting sungki. But it doesn't matter.

"Kuya Dev is falling for ate Gio." I snapped my head to Mile na naka smirk habang naka tingin sa akin. I heard another small chuckle which I immediately look at Franz.

"Did you just chuckled Franz?" I immediately asked and he immediately straighten his face and turn back to poker face.

"What? No Kuya." He said and took a spoon of rice but he kept looking at me.

"Alam niyo kayong dalawa ang bad niyo sa kuya niyo.." Turan ko at pinag cross ang braso ko.

"Says the one na nang iinis ng second name.." Sagot ni Franz .

"Eh bakit ba kasi-

"Shut up kuya Savedra.." Pag putol ni Franz..

I look at him and chuckle "Well...I like Savedra.."Proud kong turan.

Ang ganda kaya ng pangalan ko..
